How far along: 32 weeks and the size of a squash – about 16 3/4 inches long and 3 3/4 pounds.
Gender: Baby Girl Molly June!
Maternity clothes: Yep.
Belly button in or out: Out.
Sleep: Sleep was pretty painful again this week. I wake up around 3-3:30 in the morning each night to use the restroom and then am awake for awhile trying to get comfortable enough to fall back asleep. It’s frustrating, but I guess I should go ahead and get used to this. 🙂
Best moment this week: I slept until 8:45 this morning somehow, and it was the most glorious thing ever. It’s been nice to have a somewhat lazy weekend because I know these days are going to be very few and far between – if even existent at all – in the future! We also made some more nursery decisions and purchases this weekend which felt really good to mark off the list. It’s coming together slowly but surely.
Miss anything: Energy, sleeping comfortably, and being able to walk for 5 minutes without constantly feeling like I have to pee.
Movement/Symptoms: I’m still feeling some pretty hard kicks in my ribs, but lately it’s been a lot more rolling and feeling like it’s her butt or head pushing up against my insides. Baby girl is definitely growing and getting stronger each week. I’ve had a pretty easy pregnancy as far as symptoms go (knocks on wood), but the heartburn has just started getting intense these past couple of weeks. If that’s the worst of the symptoms, though, I’ll take it!
Cravings: Fruit (although the pineapple has definitely been contributing to heartburn lately), ice cream – I had Jeni’s last night which is my favorite in town!, chocolate, the usual.
Looking forward to: Taking a hospital tour of the maternity ward tomorrow night!
